Detailed Information

Dichotomy Interiors creates transformative, modern spaces that reflect who our clients are now, and how they want to live in the future. Whether a new build, remodeling, or additions to current structures, we work with our clients from the beginning, to make sure a cohesive and bold vision comes to fruition in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while maintaining a focus on luxury, art, and innovation. We focus on contemporary and modern aesthetics that are warm, organic, and expressive.

We not only design but manage your project through completion with local craftspeople, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, flooring specialists, and painters, who care as much as we do about the integrity of their work. Dichotomy Interiors is led by Principal Megan Oldenburger, who with a background and degree from the San Francisco Art Institute and Minneapolis College of Art and Design- strives to create a balanced composition in her work, and loves utilizing her curatorial skills and connections to the fine art world. Her prior experience in both the interior design and finance industry in Manhattan has allowed her to gain a unique skill set that helps her project manage while maintaining a creative vision.

Although our focus and expertise are full home design, for those who just need guidance, we offer in-home visits for either one or two hours. This allows us time to come to your home or space and give one-on-one recommendations, guidance, and ideas to help get you on your way. For those who have still yet to find their dream home, we also offer consultations for potential purchases. With local realtors, we can help guide you through the process of deciding if a home or land has potential, and what would be required for it to transition from a real estate listing into your dream home.
