One of Studio 343’s notable projects is Admiral’s Landing in St. Mary’s County, a 134-unit community developed through a partnership with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. Additionally, the ongoing South Street Centre project showcases the studio’s commitment to innovation and progress, with two new 4-story buildings nearing completion. Furthermore, the initiation of construction at Braddock Terrace in Aldie, Virginia, as part of the South 620 development, underscores Studio 343’s dedication to providing affordable housing solutions within larger residential communities.
